Evolve Network worked with a collective of emerging leaders to develop skills that would sustain them in their work.
What mattered to the participants: Leaders participated in the retreat to grow their leadership skills, sustain themselves in a leadership position and to network with other leaders.
The Evolve process: Evolve Network drew together a mix of personal and business development practitioners to deliver the two day learning program. The program incorporated formal workshops and just in time learning. Not confined to a traditional classroom the group took to a bus, bushwalk (in partnership with Unkya LALC), a dinner at a social enterprise cafe and even a tennis court.
Sustainability: The retreat enabled a wide array of ourcomes with many of the participants pivoting from the retreat into a different stage of their career.
