You don’t run events every day so you might be feeling under the pump as you juggle the your regular day to day with the pressure of organising an event.  We created this course for you.  The workshop provides a comprehensive ‘go to’ guide which will walk you through dreaming about, planning and pulling off awesome events of many types.

Social Enterprise 101

You’ve heard about social enterprise and want to know how it might apply to you, your community and/or your organisation.

Evolve Network’s working definition of social enterprise is “a business that trades for a social purpose”.  Is this you?  This workshop busts social enterprise myths, defines it’s affinity with business practice and exposes the differences.  The workshop enables participants to align the change they want to create with an enterprise typology and plan to move forward.

Kickstart My Community

Want to create social change in your community?  It starts with one.  Kickstart My Community is a community leadership workshop (for reluctant leaders).  If you have a burning desire to create some sort of change in your community this is the one for you.  Using Evolve Network’s six-step Kickstart system (honour, celebrate, dream, unpack, plan and act) workshop participants identify what has already happened in their community, what they want to change, and who they need to be to create that change.  The knowledge and experiences of those in the room is incredibly important as participants learn from one another, and are encouraged to form a broad an ongoing network of support to implement their action plans (which are created in the workshop).

Kickstart Energiser

Sometimes you just need action.

Kickstart Energiser applies Evolve Network’s six-step system to create action starting TODAY to your goals.  This workshop is for people who are ready for action but not sure what to do next.  The workshop focuses on the DOING end of a plan looking at the most appropriate ways to move forward into action.

The workshop has been delivered to community groups, small business owners, social entrepreneurs and community sector managers.
